Greenwood School District Scores Well on State Report Card

-The Greenwood School District scores well on the state report card.The School District report cards for the 2018-19 year from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction were released on Tuesday November 12, 2019. According to a press release from the district, the School District of Greenwood earned five stars on the state report card, which means the district significantly exceeds expectations for educating its students. This is the top rating a school district can receive. Only 40 out of the 419 districts in the state earned this rating. Obviously, they are very pleased with these results, however, they will continue to strive for continued improvement.
As a district, they must work to insure all of their students are properly prepared for their future whether it is a college or career path. This level of performance is the result of the hard work and effort of the students and staff, the leadership of the School Board and the great support the district receives from the parents and the Greenwood community.
