Man Arrested for Pointing a Gun at Another Man Near Lublin Appears in Taylor County Court

-A man arrested after pointing a gun at another man appeared in Taylor County Court on Tuesday.Last month, authorities were looking for Randolph Vestal after it was reported he had pointed a gun at a man at the man’s home near Lublin. Vestal was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time. He was arrested after he was spotted leaving a wooded area.
He’s facing charges 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of methamphetamine, making terrorist threats, possession of drug paraphernalia and endanger safety with the use of a dangerous weapon. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him and he’s scheduled to be back in court on December 9th.
