Red Letter Grant Offering Funds for Women Entrepreneurs in Clark and Surrounding Counties

-The Red Letter Grant of Wisconsin is looking for women in Clark, and surrounding counties, to apply for the funds available.The Red Letter Grant empowers and supports female entrepreneurs throughout Wisconsin by providing start-up capital, curated small business workshops and authentic events for women in business to grow their peer and mentor networks. The program serves a nine-county region and awards four $2,000 grants on a bi-annual basis. The grant is open to women throughout the nine counties in Western Wisconsin who want to start a new business. They will consider applications from existing women owned businesses looking to expand, but preference is given to applicants in the start-up phase.
The elgible counties include here in Clark, as well as Buffalo, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, St. Croix and Trempealeau. The application period closes this Monday, October 14th, but they recommend you fill out the application before the week is out to make sure you have enough time. The applications will be judged and reviewed October 28th-November 1st and they will be awarded on November 6th.
