Son of Former Wisconsin Governor Not Running for Congress

(WRN) -The son of former Governor Scott Walker will not run for Congress.Matt Walker made that news on Twitter, stating that he has "decided not to pursue elected office at this time." Fifth District Republican Jim Sensenbrenner has announced he won't be running for reelection, and so far the only Republican to officially enter the race is state Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald.
Democrat Tom Palzewicz, who lost to Sensenbrenner in 2018, plans to run again.
