A candidate for Neillsville?s City Council is bowing out of the race. Jim Ratch had planned a run against sitting 4th ward council member Dale Berger, but is withdrawing his name. Ratsch has accepted an offer to return to a nursing position in Beverly Hills, California. Ratsch?s name will still appear on the ballot, but he wouldn?t be able to serve if elected to the post.Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
