Senator Baldwin on Impeachment Proceedings

(WRN) -Senator Tammy Badlwin says it's high time that impeachment proceedings get started in the House.Baldwin says that there's been plenty of reasons to investigate the President up to this point, including his possible role in Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
"In that instance, the President hasn't been held to account. Now he is, again in plain sight, asking a foreign power to interfere into the 2020 elections."
Baldwin says the roadblock in Washington is the leadership in the Senate, and not Nancy Pelosi.
"The Senate leader, Mitch McConnell has refused to bring some enormously important legislation to the floor."
Baldwin adds that Republican comments that this will hold up legislation in Congress are misleading.
