Suicide Prevention Task Force Releases Recommendations

(WRN) -A suicide prevention task force report has proposals ready for the legislature.State Representatives Joan Ballweg of Markesan and Steve Doyle of Onalaska, who led the Speakers Task Force on Suicide Prevention, held a Wednesday press conference to discuss ten recommended pieces of legislation that that would invest close to 1 million dollars annually.
Those are to include grants for suicide prevention programs and the addition of two full-time employees at the Department of Health Services ??" including a Director of Suicide Prevention.
