Tom Tiffany Running for 7th Congressional Seat

(WRN) -State Senator Tom Tiffany is now officially running for Congress in northern Wisconsin's 7th District and he's all in with the President."I travel 50-thousand miles each year across the state. I see the results of the Trump tax cuts. They have turbocharged Wisconsin's economy, because people are optimistic. You see it all over the state, including here in northern Wisconsin. So our president is correct. Our we socialists, or are we Americans. Socialism crushes optimism. Liberty and freedom will overcome the darkness of socialism."
The Republican is making it clear he stands with the President and against what he called "the socialist crew" of House Democrats.
"Any government with the power to tell you what light bulb to put into a socket, or to tell the cooks at your school what they should be serving, we should be fearful of. Because they have the power to take away our freedom. And a whole nee crew came in a year ago, right? A whole new crew cam into Washington. A crew who seems focused on crushing the American dream. A crew that openly advocates for socialism. Nancy Pelosi and her squad have proposed things like getting rid of cows. Yeah. A lot of people, a lot of your friends don't believe that. Take a look, they have proposed things like that. Are you kidding me? This is America's Dairyland."
Congressman Sean Duffy's resignation will be effective later this month. Dates for primary and general elections to fill the seat have not yet been set.
