Governor Evers Gives Republicans an Ultimatum on Gun Control Measures

(WRN) -Governor Evers is giving Republican lawmakers a couple of weeks to come-up with new gun control proposals.If they don't, the Democratic governor says he says he'll order lawmakers back to Madison for a special gun-control session. Evers has said for weeks that he wants a "red flag" law, and stricter background checks in Wisconsin.
Republicans who control the legislature say new laws won't stop Wisconsin's problems with gun violence, and will only create new hurdles for law-abiding gun owners.
