Clark County Chapter of Friends of the Black River Holding Meet & Greet Event Next Monday

-The Clark County Chapter of the Friends of the Black River is holding a Meet & Greet event next Monday, August 5th, at 7pm at the CART Center in Neillsville.The public is welcome to attend this event and find out more about the group. The Clark County Chapter of the Friends of the Black River really began to form after a local man, Adam Marciniak, noticed all the trash in the Black River on one of his many fishing trips.
The group recently held a very successful cleanup of a section of the river at the end of April. They are continuing to move forward with some other projects for the summer and they hope to have another cleanup this fall.
