Neillsville School Board Approves Items in Preparation for the Next School Year

-The Neillsville School Board approved several items in preparation for the next school year at their meeting on Monday.The board approved some curriculum updates to a couple history classes. They also approved the yearbook prices for the next school year. The prices will remain the same this year at $49, $52 or $55 depending on various options. The board also approved the Wisconsin Academic Standards, Educational Options and School Performance Report for the next school year and they approved the Shared Space Agreement with Clark County Community Services and Wisconsin Children’s Hospital.
Finally, the board approved the Transportation Prices for the next school year, the Annual Agenda for their Annual Meeting on August 26th at 7pm and they approved the Athletic Handbook with some slight changes. The change includes that if a sports playing student receives three referrals, they’ll miss a game. For each referral received after that, they’ll miss another full game. Finally, the board approved a donation of $517.46 from the Class of 1969. They asked the funds be used for delinquent lunch accounts.
