Breed: Blue Heeler/Pit mix
Age: 10 weeks old
Caroline is a very sweet girl! She came to CCHS from an overcrowded shelter in Texas where she didn't have a very bright future. She's a sweet girl who loves attention, playing and snuggling. She came to CCHS as part of a litter of 6, but her brothers and sisters have all been adopted now and she's the only one left. She really wants to find her new forever home!

CCHS has a special adoption promotion going on now call "Red, White & Woo Hoo!" Through July 15th, they have a select group of dogs that are part of the promotion. It's basically the dogs that have been with them the longest that most need to find a new home. Their adoption fee is waived with a donation of 50# or more of Purina Puppy Chow. If no food donation, their adoption fee is $50. Regular adoption policies still apply and there may be some exceptions. Their pictures are on CCHS's Facebook page and each has a special sign on their kennel at the shelter.
CCHS has also just started a new promotion for July where all cats that are 6 months or older will be free! That's right! They have a $0 adoption fee. You still have to apply to adopt and normal procedures still apply.
