Loyal Man Enters Plea for Possession and OWI Charges

-A Loyal man arrested after the execution of a search warrant entered a plea in Clark County Court on Wednesday.Back in October of 2017, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the Loyal Police Department executed a search warrant at N9536 County Highway K Apt. 1 in the Township of Loyal. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Upon searching the residence, drugs, numerous items of drug paraphernalia and a handgun were located. Brandon Allen was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of THC. Three other charges were dismissed and read in.
Since that time, Allen had also been arrested for a drunken driving incident and he entered a plea to those charges as well. He was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, 4th OWI with a passenger less than 16 and bail jumping. Another charge was dismissed and read in.
