Neillsville Man Enters Plea for Drug Charges

-A Neillsville man arrested after the execution of a search warrant in the city entered a plea in Clark County Court on Thursday.Back in April of 2018, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Neillsville Police Department executed a search warrant at 110 E. 1st Street in the City of Neillsville. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and Police Department. One adult, Joseph Schoen, was arrested as a result of the investigation.
During his plea hearing on Thursday, Schoen was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, maintaining a drug trafficking place and manufacture/deliver cocaine. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He’s scheduled for sentencing on August 7th.
