Osseo Man Arrested for Recording Women in the Shower Appears in Trempealeau County Court

-An Osseo man is arrested for recording a young girl and a woman when they were in the shower appeared in Trempealeau County Court on Tuesday.According to the Osseo Police Department, at the end of April, they received a complaint of a recording device hidden in the bathroom of a juvenile female. Kyle Coleman has been accused of placing the device in the bathroom. He’s also accused of putting the device in a bathroom to record a woman while she showered.
Coleman has been charged with invading privacy-using a surveillance deviance with a victim less than 18 and capture an intimate representation. He waived his preliminary hearing and entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on June 3rd.
