Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Two Vehicle Accident North of Neillsville

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a two vehicle accident this morning.The call came in just after 7am regarding a crash that occurred at the intersection of Schofield Avenue and Highway 73, 3 miles north of Neillsville. The department was scene for over an hour. The crash is still under investigation and the department was not able to release any more information.
However, Fire Chief Matt Meyer did say there was one fatality. We’ve also reached out to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department and we’ll provide more information when available.
