Work Could Begin Soon at Foxconn Site

(WRN) -There could be activity soon, at the site of the Foxconn factory complex in Racine County.WITI Fox 6 News in Milwaukee reports the state has approved footings and foundations at the site in Mount Pleasant. Crews are already moving dirt, though there's no word when the foundation work will begin.
Foxconn has said it hopes to open the plant by the end of next year.
