Loyal School Board Approves Several Items

-The Loyal School board approved several items at their meeting on Wednesday.The board approved an out of state trip for seniors next month to Valley Fair and they discussed their 1-1 computer initiative for next year in grades 7-12. The board also welcomed two new board members, Cara Prior and David Clintsman Jr. The board also discussed their health insurance switch to WCA from Security Health and they increased the cells in their teacher salary matrix by 1.24%.
Finally, the board changed May 10th from a teacher in-service day to a student day to make up for a missed day, they hired a band director for next year and they approved teacher letters of intent for next year.
