Another Lawsuit Against Lame Duck Bills

(WRN) -Another "lame duck" lawsuit.The Democratic Party of Wisconsin is the latest group to file a federal lawsuit against Republican legislation limiting the authority of the governor and attorney general. DPW Chair Martha Laning says Republicans are ignoring the will of the people to withdraw from the lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act and to expand Medicaid access in Wisconsin.
Lawsuits against the so-called "lame-duck" legislation have also been filed by labor unions and the League of Women Voters, Disability Rights Wisconsin and Black Leaders Organizing for Wisconsin Communities.
