Black River Falls Man Appears in Jackson County Court for Sexual Assault of a Child

-A Black River Falls man charged with sexual assault of a child and incest appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.According to court records, the victim stated they were sexually assaulted by Stanley Ross Wise Jr. beginning when they were 12 and continuing until the end of April this year. The victim stated that the assaults increased over time.
Wise is facing charges of 1st degree sexual assault of a child under 13, incest and repeated offenses of sexual assault of child-contact and intercourse. During his arraignment on Monday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.
