Clark County Sheriff's Office Reminds Residents That Voter Intimidation is Against the Law

Before tomorrow’s election, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department is reminding county residents that voter intimidation is against the law.

If you witness or are subject to voter intimidation, alert an election official and call local law enforcement immediately. If you are being threatened with violence, call 911. Your right to vote will be protected. Keep in mind that poll watching is legal. Voter intimidation is not. Know the difference: https://elections.wi.gov/publica.../brochures/observer-rules. The sheriff’s department also stated that our elections are secure.
