Neillsville Man Enters Plea for Possession

-A Neillsville man arrested after a drug investigation entered a plea in Clark County Court last week.Back in February of 2017, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N16270 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Hixon. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Three adults were arrested as a result of the investigation including Kyle Smith. He had been charged with three counts of possession.
During his court appearance on Thursday, Smith was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of methamphetamine.
