Two People Arrested in Osseo for Possession Sentenced in Trempealeau County Court

-Two people arrested after the execution of a search warrant at a home in Osseo have been sentenced in Trempealeau County Court.According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department, back in May, the Osseo Police Department, with assistance several other agencies, executed a no knock search warrant at 13912 Pine Street in Osseo. During the course of the search warrant, approximately 90 grams of methamphetamine were located in the residence. Shawn Plotnik and Sandra Plotnik were taken into custody and their children were removed from the house and turned over to family members by Trempealeau County Human Services.
Shawn Plotnik pleaded guilty to possession with intent-amphetamine and was sentenced to 30 months in prison with 30 months of extended supervision. Sandra Plotnik had the charges against her dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
