Granton Man Sentenced for Possession

-A Granton man was sentenced for possession in Clark County Court last week.Back in June of last year, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant on Timberlane Road in the Township of York. An operating meth lab was discovered in the basement and Jonathan and Elizabeth Tuggle were arrested. Several animals were also removed from the home as were two children. Back in June of this year, Jonathan pleaded guilty to 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety, possessing methamphetamine precursors and knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste. Several other charges were dismissed.
Jonathan was sentenced to 7 years in prison, 3 years of extended supervision and 2 years’ probation. He also owes the courts $2,128. Elizabeth Tuggle was found dead back in February of this year.
