Greenwood Man Charged with Sexual Assault Appears in Clark County Court

-A Greenwood man charged with sexual assault appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to court records, earlier this year, a 12-year-old told a school guidance counselor about the assaults. When Roth Schneiter was questions about it, he admitted the assaults did occur. Schneiter has been charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a child-sexual contact with a person under the age of 13.
During his preliminary hearing on Thursday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charge against him. He’ll be back in court later this month.
