Ted Fetting Family Places 22 Legacy Stones at The Highground

-The Ted Fetting family had 22 legacy stones placed for friends and family at The Highground.Ruth Kalms brought her brother’s wishes of placing 22 legacy stones at The Highground to fruition in August. It was a great day to honor and remember those that Ted was touched by during his military career and afterwards. Ted enjoyed popcorn, Diet Pepsi and water, all of which were on hand during the ceremony.
Ruth also donated to The Highground photos she knew Ted would want at The Highground including a photo from the original dedication of the “Fragments” Vietnam Memorial and a signed print from Ted’s time in Vietnam. Plus, an original shovel used at the groundbreaking for The Highground.
