Central Wisconsin State Fair Sees Great Success with New Fair Dates

-The Central Wisconsin State Fair in Marshfield says they saw great success with the new dates for the fair.The fair was traditionally held during the Labor Day weekend, but they moved it up a week this year. Being during the Labor Day weekend, this created a conflict with the start of school, a busy time for many exhibitors at the fair. Organizers said they heard a lot of positive feedback from the community. Not only did they approve of the new dates, but many were very impressed with the new carnival at the fair.
The midway was packed with attendees checking out the new rides. Organizers also said they saw record attendance on several days of the fair. They also said they plan on sticking with the new dates for next year.
