Greenwood School Boards Hears Administrators' Report

The Greenwood School Board heard the Administrators’ Report at their meeting on Monday.District Administrator Todd Felhofer stated that staff is coordinating projects to be completed within the scope of the first DOJ School Safety and Security Grant received in July. Also, around 25 people attended the Public Forum on school safety and security held on Wednesday July 25th at 6:30 pm in the high school LMC. School and law enforcement officials shared safety measures that have be put in place and those that are being planned. Community members shared ideas, concerns and asked questions of school officials and law enforcement.
He also stated that summer cleaning and maintenance is nearing completion, middle/high school is again using on-line registration for students/parents, the athletic department introduced an on-line presentation for athletes and parents, MS/HS staff will began professional development and he remind them about the September Board Meeting and Annual Meeting on September 24th.
