Greenwood School Board Approves Donations

-The Greenwood School Board accepted a couple donations at their meeting on Monday.The board accepted a donation of a TV for the concession stand at Olson Field from Carole Toburen and a cash donation from Forward Bank for the afterschool program. In employment matters, the board accepted the resignation of Irene Stearns from her elementary music teaching position. The board approved the hiring of Olivia Bretting as a middle school teacher, Val Krall as a 1st grade teacher, Stephanie Glaser as a HS English teacher and Amy Lindner as a long-term HS science substitute teacher. The board also approved seven volunteers.
The board was also presented the SAGE/AGR end-of-year report by Principal Green, they adopted the Wisconsin Model Academic Standard for Student Academic Standards for 2018-19, they received an initial update on student assessment and they approved the MOU with Clark County Services for Mental Health Services for 2018-19.
