Osseo Man Sentenced for Beating a Woman with a Gun

-An Osseo man has been sentenced in Eau Claire County Court for beating a woman with a gun and pouring gasoline on her.Back in January, the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Department responded to a domestic incident. The caller said Robbie Reiner beat the caller’s sister with a gun and poured gasoline on her. The victim was reluctant to say what happened because she didn’t want Reiner to go to jail. The woman eventually said she and Reiner were arguing and she told him she was leaving with the children. She said Reiner came running into the living room with a gun, saying he was going to stick it in her mouth and kill her. The woman said Reiner hit her twice with the gun.
Reiner told the deputy he and the woman got into a fight but that it was no big deal. Deputies found the gun on a shelf. There was ammunition in the magazine but no round in the chamber. Reiner was found guilty of disorderly conduct and a felon in possession of a firearm. Three other charges were dismissed and read in. Reiner was sentenced to 4 months in prison and 3 years’ probation.
