Iowa Woman Pulled Over in Jackson County for OWI

-An Iowa woman was pulled over on I-94 near Black River Falls for driving while intoxicated.34-year-old Lacey Debrower was pulled over and arrested for her first offense OWI after authorities received reports of an erratic driver. Debrower also had three children in the vehicle.
The children were turned over to social services and she was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
