-Century 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. is celebrating their new location in downtown Neillsville.I spoke with Sandy Bruesewitz and Linda Scharenbrock of Century 21. Sandy and Linda talked about their open house on May 11th.
Sandy: "We are planning to do an open house from 10am-4pm on the 11th. And this is for the purpose of inviting people in to see our space, to meet us personally and we are inviting area real estate experts as far as lenders, inspectors and various people you'd be working with in buying and selling a property. So, if you have a question you can talk with them directly. They will be coming in and out throughout the day. If there's somebody that you wish to speak with, we can get you in touch with them if they don't happen to be here."
Linda: "The public is invited. We have our video listing TV here so you can look at all our properties in the Clark County real estate area. And we can do a free market analysis for you. So, come on in and help us celebrate our new office and we also have access to other realtors from Marshfield for any of your real estate needs. So, we have experts in every field of real estate."
Linda ended our interview talking a little bit about Century 21 Gold Key Realty.
Linda: "We're an upcoming company. They're a great company to work for and I can't say enough about my fellow realtors. They have some much skill and integrity that I think we're going to do well in downtown Neillsville."
