Convicted Sex Offender to Be Released in Fairchild

-A convicted sex offender is being released and will be residing in Fairchild.The Clark County Sheriff’s Office, in pursuant to state statute, is notifying the public that Tod Nicolai will be released on May 1st and will be residing at W11910 Highway 10 in Fairchild. Nicolai has served his sentence for possession of child pornography. His criminal history places him in a classification level that reflects the potential to re-offend. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores and not to consume any alcohol or drugs. He is to comply with the standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, and is to comply with requirements and life time registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Department wants to remind residents that Nicolai is not wanted at this time. Also, they want to remind citizens that abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated. If you have any questions please contact Det.
