Marshfield Teen Charged with Sexual Assault of a Child Fails to Appear in Court

(WDLB) -A Marshfield man accused of molesting an eight-year-old girl failed to show up for a scheduled court appearance yesterday in Marathon County.18-year-old Zachary Noll is accused of touching the girl inappropriately over a dozen times over a period of 12 months beginning in January of 2015. He then threatened to kill the girl if she told anyone about the incidents. Noll has denied the reports and has accused the girl’s mother of making up the story. Police say the reports of inappropriate contact have come from the girl herself.
Court records indicate Noll was scheduled to appear Tuesday morning. A judge issued a warrant for his arrest and scheduled a bond hearing for April 17th. He had been free on one-thousand dollar cash and four-thousand dollar signature bonds.
