Three People Arrested in Osseo on Monday

-Three people were arrested in Osseo Monday night.According to the Osseo Police Department, they tried to stop a vehicle in the City of Osseo on 10th Street around 10:40pm. The driver, identified as 42-year-old Russ Peterson, turned into a driveway, bailed out of the vehicle and then ran off. However, officers were able to track him by following his footprints in the snow.
Russ was arrested for criminal trespass and obstructing an officer. Two passengers were also arrested and charged with obstructing an officer.
