Wood County Crime Stoppers Partners with New Software Provider for Offering Information

-Wood County Crime Stoppers is proud to announce that they have partnered with Anderson Software to provide a more seamless and efficient way for students and community members to offer information to help solve and prevent crimes.Anderson Software leads the industry with its latest secure and anonymous tip acquisition and management solution, called P3 Intel. This partnership allows the Wood County Crime Stoppers to build a stronger relationship between law enforcement and the public to proactively create a safer community. Wood County Crime Stoppers previously accepted tips via text messaging using a short code along with a keyword. Now, tips will be accepted through the P3 Tips “Free” mobile app which is available in both the Apple Store or in Google Play.
In addition to submitting tips through the P3 mobile app, tips can continue to be submitted via the web and by phone. All tips can be submitted while remaining completely anonymous.
