Loyal Man Sentenced for Possession of Child Pornography

-A Loyal man facing charges of possession of child pornography was sentenced in Clark County Court on Friday.According to court records, Robin Peterson was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his home on November 22nd. Investigators seized cell phones, computers and almost 400 CDs with sexually explicit material involving teen and pre-teen girls. Peterson was found guilty, due to a no contest plea, of possession of child pornography. Nine other charges were dismissed, but read in.
He was sentenced to 3 years’ in prison and 3 years’ of extended supervision. He must also register as a sex offender and can’t have any contact with anyone under the age of 18. He also owes the courts $676.
