Congratulations to All Clark County Dairy Producers at the 2018 World Championship Cheese Competition

-Clark County dairy producers made the county proud at the 2018 World Championship Cheese Competition in Madison.Holland’s Family Cheese in Thorp took 2nd and 3rd in the Mild Gouda category with a score of 99.80 and 99.75 respectively. They took 1st and 3rd place in the flavored Gouda category with a score of 99.35 and 99.25 respectively. Holland’s Family Cheese also took third in the Flavored Cheeses with Sweet or Dessert Condiments category with a score of 99.30.
Land O’ Lakes of Spencer took 2nd in the Pasturized Process Chesses Slices category with a score of 99.05.
