Cadott Woman Sentenced for Possession

-A Cadott woman charged with possession was sentenced in Chippewa County Court on Tuesday.Back in January of 2017, the Stanley Police Department and Taylor County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at a home on the 100 block of South Broadway Street in Stanley. Officers discovered meth in the home and arrested Nicole Spath and Zene Wiese. The departments also recommended charges against Brandon Hudson and Misty Lane for possession and maintain a drug trafficking place.
Spath entered a guilty plea for two possession of a controlled substance charges, a bail jumping charge and possession of drug paraphernalia charge. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation with 30 days of conditional jail time. The rest of the people arrested have already been sentenced for the incident.
