ATV and Snowmobile Riders: Clark County is Mostly Open

Effective today, trails located on the Clark County Forest will be open to ATV and Snowmobile riders.All trails located on private lands will also be open to the public except for all trails maintained by the Neillsville/Granton Trailbusters and Trail “Y” south of Highway 10 to Lindsey maintained by the Loyal Sno Angels. Trail conditions will vary across the county as the snow totals received from the previous storm were higher in the northern portion of the county. Because of this, please ride responsible and expect early season riding conditions.
Also, please remember that UTV’s are not allowed on the Clark County ATV Trail System during the winter months, November 1st through May 14th. Clark County Trails are subject to periodic closures; please contact the Forestry and Parks Department for more information.
