Black River Falls Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

-A Black River Falls man arrested for possession of child pornography was sentenced in Jackson County Court on Tuesday.According to investigators, Robert Folberg was charged with 5 counts of possession of child pornography after the items were found on several electronic devices in his home. During a plea hearing back in November, Folberg was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, one count of possession of child pornography. The other 4 counts were dismissed but read in.
Folberg was sentenced to 3 years’ in prison and 3 years’ extended supervision. He’s also not allowed to have access to the internet and no unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18. He must also register as a sex offender.
