Marshfield Man Hits House while Drunken Driving

-A Marshfield man hit a house with his truck.Around 12:50am on Thursday, the 33-year-old man said he hit a house with his truck at West Seventh Street and West Magee Street. He told officers he had drank a 12-pack of beer and was drunk. He stated he accelerated quickly and lost control of the truck. He refused field sobriety tests but consented to a blood draw.
He was arrested for drunk driving and later was released to a responsible party. According to the Marshfield Police Department's Facebook page the house has significant foundation damage.
