The Central Wisconsin Ice Racing Association held their first event of the year on Emerson Lake in Humbird. Saturday’s race was a combo event with racers from the Northern Wisconsin Ice Racing Club. Saturdays races were not for points within the CWIRA and for points with the NWIRC. The CWIRA's for points race was held Sunday. Results from Saturday and Sunday posted below.
Weather permitting there will be plenty of ice racing action again this weekend.
The Wisconsin Ice Racing Championship Series will begin their season this Saturday the 13th in Rock Dam - sign up begins at 8 with races starting around 11:00.
The CWIRA’s season continues this Sunday the 24th by Remi’s Thirsty Moose on Lake Wisconsin - sign up begins at 8 am with races starting around 10:45.
