Colby Woman Charged After Crashing Her Vehicle into a Creek

-A Colby woman was arrested after crashing her vehicle with three children inside into a creek.According to court records, 24-year-old Emmalee Dingee ran to a home around 1:40am on December 22nd after her vehicle overturned and landed in a creek. Dingee had a 3-month-old child and a 4-year-old child with her and a 18-month-old child was sitting in the snow outside the vehicle. The woman and the children were taken to the Marshfield hospital for an evaluation.
Dingee initially refused to take a breathalyzer test while she was there, but she finally took one 8 hours after the crash and blew a .04. She is expected to be charged for the crash.
