Neillsville School Board Approves Spanish Club Field Trip

-The Neillsville School Board approved a field trip at their meeting on Monday.The board approved a 4-day trip for the Spanish Club to Minnesota. This trip will act as a sort of replacement for students not going on the Costa Rico trip. The students will fundraise to raise the funds to go. The board also approved a $1,000 donation from Provision Partners to the FFA and the organization is free to use it how they see fit. The board also approved some budget adjustments now that all the numbers have been finalized.
Finally, the board approved a Fund 46 audit. The board needed to have this audit completed in order to create a Fund 46 account. The Fund 46 allows them to do upkeep, renovations and additions on the facility without having to go to referendum. The money can’t be used 5 years after the creation of the account.
