Spencer Man Enters Plea for High Speed Chase

-A Spencer man that led authorities on a high speed chase appeared in Wood County Court on Friday.Back in August, the Marshfield Police Department began pursuing Kurt Fehrenbach through the streets of Marshfield when attempts to stop him were unsuccessful. The chase lasted 2.5 miles and lasted seven minutes; it ended when Fehrenbach drove off the road.
Fehrenbach original charges were amended to resisting/failing to stop and resisting/obstructing an officer. He entered a guilty plea to both charges on Friday. A sentencing date hasn’t been set at this time.
