Loyal Man Charged with Possession of Child Pornography Appears in Clark County Court

-A Loyal man facing charges of possession of child pornography appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to court records, 61-year-old Robin Peterson was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his home on November 22nd. Investigators seized cell phones, computers and almost 400 CDs with sexually explicit material involving teen and pre-teen girls.
Peterson is facing 10 counts of possessing child pornography and if convicted and sentenced to the maximum amount, he could spend 250 years in prison. During his court appearance on Thursday, Peterson waived the preliminary hearing and entered a not guilty to the charges against him.
