Black River Falls Woman Enters Plea for Accident

-A Black River Falls woman taken in for a legal blood draw after a two vehicle accident back in March appeared in Jackson County Court.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, Cecelia Bede failed to stop at an intersection at County Road K and Palm Road. She hit a vehicle driven by Dana Frederickson of Neillsville. Fredrickson received non-life threatening injuries in the crash.
Deputies said Bede smelled of alcohol and she was taken to a medical center for a blood draw. She’s facing several charges related to the incident and, during her arraignment, she stood mute in court, so I not guilty plea was entered on her behalf. She has a $1,000 signature bond was set against her.
