Sex Offender Released in Loyal

-A sex offender has been released and is living in the Loyal area.According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department, 54-year-old Timothy Kolosso will be living on Pelsdorf Avenue in Loyal. He was released from custody on August 9th after serving a sentence for 2nd degree sexual assault. Kolosso’s victims were teenage males and his criminal history places him in a classification level, which reflects the potential to re-offend.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Department want to remind residents that Kolosso is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and citizen’s abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
