Woman Arrested in Black River Falls Sentenced for Possession

-A woman arrested in Black River Falls and charged with possession was sentenced in Jackson County Court on Monday.Back in August of 2015, police pulled over Joanna Roybal and Shane Colvin for having a loud muffler and a defective license plate lamp. They found meth and marijuana in the vehicle at that time and both individuals were arrested.
Roybal was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. Two other charges were dismissed and read in. She was sentenced to pay a $100 fine plus costs.
